1. Free beta
HISTUNE is currently provided free of charge for testing purposes. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, particular songs, uninterrupted playback, or the continued storage of individual game rooms and results.
2. Use of the game
Use HISTUNE only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with game rooms or technical systems. Do not use offensive content as a player name and, wherever possible, avoid using full legal names.
3. YouTube
HISTUNE uses YouTube API Services and the official YouTube player. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Advertising, availability and playback are determined by YouTube; HISTUNE does not bypass or modify these functions.
4. Rights and trademarks
HISTUNE claims no rights to musical works, videos, artist names or platform trademarks played through YouTube. The HISTUNE game interface, brand and original content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
